It was in the construction industry that my career began. First as a designer in an architectural firm creating working drawings and then as the lead designer for a design-build electrical contracting firm. During that time, I worked closely with developers of various commercial and light industrial developments. That experience has given me a keen eye and unique perspective when evaluating a particular property.
Residential real estate is where I've found my passion. I believe strongly in educating a buyer or seller in order for each individual to make the decisions that best suit their needs. I am co-owner of The Blehm Group along with my husband, Jim Blehm. Together we have set a high standard of customer service and strive to make the needs of each client a high priority. We understand the trust that is placed in our care when a client chooses to work with our team and work diligently to exceed their expectations.
I enjoy the marketing side of real estate, as well as photography and work to keep our team current in today's market.
