Jim Blehm

Jim’s interest in real estate began at an early age as his grandfather was a Realtor® and investor in many commercial properties. As a young adult, the beauty of the architecture in the California neighborhoods he grew up in would always catch his eye. Jim pursued architectural design in college and eventually found residential real estate to be his passion. He was drawn to the concept of designing, building and then living in a home that was his own. Jim enjoys all phases of residential real estate but finds new construction to be an area of great interest.
Licensed since 2009, Jim is co-owner of The Blehm Group, along with his wife Yvette Blehm. Together they have set a high standard of customer service and strive to make the needs of each one of their clients a high priority.
Jim is an avid sports fan and is always ready to strike up a conversation about sports. Whether it's baseball, football, basketball, hockey, golf, or tennis, it’s not often that you’re able to stump Jim with a sports trivia question!
