Real estate has brought me back with a fresh perspective and a renewed energy for what matters most—people, relationships, and helping others move forward with confidence.
With over 17 years in the industry, I’ve seen a lot—and I bring that experience into every conversation. I spent six of those years specializing in foreclosures, where I learned how to look deeper, ask the right questions, and piece together the full story of a property. I’ve always considered myself a bit of a “sleuth,” which basically means I enjoy digging into the details and probably notice things most people walk right past.
Today, I work with buyers, sellers, and investors, and I’m known for being both approachable and direct. I’ll always give you honest insight, clear guidance, and a strategy that makes sense—no fluff, no confusion, and no pretending something is a “great deal” if it’s not. At the same time, I keep the process as smooth and even fun as possible, because real estate is a big deal... but it doesn’t have to feel like a stressful one.
I’m especially passionate about the creative and strategic side of what I do. With continued education and certifications in fix-and-flip investing and home staging, I love helping clients see not just what a property is—but what it can become. Sometimes that’s a few simple changes, and sometimes it’s a full transformation (which, let’s be honest, are my favorite).
I’m also proud to be part of an investment-focused team where we combine experience, ideas, and strategy to create opportunities that benefit our clients and the communities we’re part of. I believe in doing deals that make sense, add value, and leave things better than we found them.
At the end of the day, I’m someone who values strong relationships, communicates openly, and isn’t afraid to say things as they are (in the best way). Clients know they can trust me to guide them, advocate for them, and keep things moving—without overcomplicating the process.
