If there’s one event that screams Eastown vibes, it’s the Eastown Street Fair. And guess what? This year marks the 52nd Annual celebration of this neighborhood tradition! On Saturday, September 6, 2025 (9 AM – 9 PM), Wealthy Street will be buzzing with art, music, food, and plenty of that laid-back Eastown energy we all love.

What to Expect

The Eastown Street Fair is basically a giant neighborhood block party that takes over Wealthy Street between Giddings and Lake Drive. Think colorful booths, live bands, food trucks, and hundreds of neighbors and friends catching up while enjoying the last bits of summer.

• 🎨 Local Art & Vendors – Over 100 artists and makers set up shop with everything from jewelry and screen prints to handmade home décor. If you love supporting local, this is the place to do it.

• 🎶 Live Music All Day – Eastown always brings a killer lineup of bands, covering everything from rock and indie to folk and hip hop. With multiple stages, you’re bound to find a sound that gets you moving.
