The Grand Rapids Rise are back for another exciting year of professional women’s indoor volleyball as part of Major League Volleyball (MLV) in the 2026 season — and fans in Grand Rapids, Michigan have plenty to look forward to.
The Rise return with renewed energy, fresh talent, and a full slate of home games at Van Andel Arena.

Season Highlights & Schedule Overview

The 2026 Rise season kicks off with training camp in early December 2025, setting the stage for an action-packed year beginning in January 2026.

• Season Opener: away matches to start, including challenging duels against the defending league champions. 
  
  
• Home Opener: the Rise return to Van Andel Arena on January 14 for a fan-favorite matchup packed with energy and community spirit.
  
  
• 14 Home Matches: from January through late April, with themed game days, giveaways, and family-friendly promotions.
