Team Feature: Eric Olsen

Not often in the real estate world do you find a person as versatile and charming as Eric Olsen. Plenty of professionals switch careers at least once, but not many make such a leap from pharmacology to real estate. Eric is quite a genius in our field. He joined The Blehm Group with an extensive knowledge of corporate relocation in the pharmaceutical industry (Merrell Dow, Eli Lilly, Parke Davis /Pfizer) as well as academia (St. Louis University, University of Michigan, Michigan State).

He specializes in residential real estate in West Michigan and the Greater Grand Rapids area focusing on communities including Alto, Byron Center, Grandville, Hudsonville, Jenison, and Wyoming. He is able to use his close technical attention to detail, Master’s degree in Business Administration, and flexibility in almost any situation to guide homebuyers and sellers with ease and confidence. He offers the highest service possible exceeding client expectations left and right. Above all else, he desires to serve as many people as he possibly can.

He grew up outside St. Louis, hailing from the land of provel cheese pizza and Cardinals baseball. He has also lived in Cincinatti, Indianapolis, Ann Arbor, and Cleveland, finally (and hopefully) settling here in Grand Rapids. He is passionate about the outdoors, which is probably what keeps him here in West Michigan. He loves fishing, biking, hiking, cross country skiing, and mountain biking, though fishing tops the list as his favorite sport. Hardy Dam in Muskegon is Eric’s favorite weekend fishing getaway spot, but Rainy Lake in Ontario will continue to be his top fishing locale when time allows the trip.

Eric is a family guy who keeps us laughing every day. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his daughters and their families, most ideally outside. Locally you might find him at his favorite place in GR: John Ball Zoo.
